CleverDeck Original has been one of the standout products in the composite timber range because it looks like timber but it’s more ecologically sustainable and low maintenance by comparison. CleverDeck Original composite timber decking is finished with a course sanded texture that makes the product look and feel more like a timber plank than a man-made alternative. It is quick and easy to install being supplied in long lengths with grooved edges designed to work with the Futurewood concealed fix clipping system. The Futurewood range of deck clips automatically space the boards and are supplied with stainless steel screws for fixing to either timber or steel joists. The long boards and clipping system make laying CleverDeck composite timber decking a breeze and something that an experienced handyperson could confidently tackle.
CleverDeck Original composite timber decking is made from recycled plastic, rice husks and hardwood flour (ground from sawdust). Colour pigments are added and run right through the board so it doesn’t need oiling or painting. It will not rot, splinter or cup making it the ideal solution to complement your garden plus the concealed fix clipping system means a nice clean finish and no nails to catch your toes!

Futurewood CleverDeck Xtreme is a newly released “capped” composite decking board. CleverDeck Xtreme is a co-extruded decking meaning it has a hard, outer shell made from virgin polymers that completely encapsulates a traditional composite timber core. The Xtreme cap is made from a blend of different polymers designed to make it super tough and much harder to scratch than traditional composite timber. It is virtually water proof and that means it is very hard to stain and easy to clean. The cap’s virgin polymer blend allows the use of vibrant colour hues with subtle streaking creating a totally new decking “look”. The Xtreme board is available in 4 amazing colours supplied in a scalloped back, grooved edge profile in the same board size as the “Original” range allowing the Futurewood deck clip system to work seamlessly between either decking product. Xtreme boards can also be ordered in custom lengths and colours.
