Available Sizes
138mm wide x 23mm thick x 5400mm long decking board
CleverDeck Original 138mm wide solid WPC composite decking comes in 4 standard colours: Mahogany, Slate Grey, Walnut and Weathered Stone. The boards have a coarse sanded finish on both sides and can be flipped over in the future if needed.
All boards have a coarse sanded finish providing a P5 slip rating and a solid colour that runs through the whole board. Small scratches can be easily removed using a handheld wire wheel.
CleverDeck Eco-Pro is currently available as a custom order product only with a minimum quantity required and a lead time of 10-12 weeks.
Note: CleverDeck Eco-Pro and Original Composite Timber Decking boards will weather over the first 4-12 weeks that your deck is exposed to the elements. The comparison Colours shown will vary based on the quality of the screen and the settings that you are viewing them on and is a representation only. Actual colour samples are available on request.
Custom Decking Options
CleverDeck Original can be purchased in custom lengths and up to 14 colour options in either an 86mm wide or 138mm wide x 23mm thick standard decking board with grooved edges or a 140mm wide x 35mm thick or 184mm wide x 24mm thick square edged board.
CleverDeck Eco-Pro can be purchased in custom lengths and up to 14 colour options in a 138mm x 23mm thick single sided scalloped back board with grooved edges.
Custom orders take between 9-13 weeks to supply and require a minimum order quantity and a 50% deposit with order.
For larger commercial projects, Futurewood can also work with you on your own custom-made design. Custom made dies (tooling) can be made within 30 days from the drawings being signed off. Tooling costs can be amortised across the project or paid for up front.

CleverDeck Eco-Pro and Original Decking
CleverDeck Original and Eco-Pro composite timber decking looks like timber but is more ecologically sustainable and low maintenance by comparison. Finished with a P5 slip resistant coarse sanded texture that makes the product look and feel more like timber, it is supplied in 5400mm lengths with grooved edges that allow quick and easy installation using Futurewood’s concealed fix clip system reducing installation time and labour costs.
Made from recycled plastic, rice husks and hardwood sawdust, CleverDeck Original solid double sided composite timber decking and CleverDeck Eco-Pro scalloped backed single sided decking have colour pigments running through the decking board eliminating the need for oiling or painting. They will not rot, splinter or cup making them a great option for any setting plus the concealed fixing provides a nice clean finish with no nails or screws to catch any toes!
